Formatting Issues

There are a number of potential issues with the sort of formatting you may be trying to enter into the form fields. Avoid the use of any of the following:

• Special characters, such as the copyright symbol or other non-standard keyboard characters
  

Process Issues

Here are a few things to avoid when filling out the Grant Inquiry Form:

• Do not navigate away from the form once you have started to fill it out. You will not be able to return to your session with your information still in the fields
• Be sure to use the Submit button at the bottom of the form. Do not use the Email this Page link in the bottom right corner as this function is not intended for submitting a grant application
  

Error Messages

If you encounter an error message after submitting the form, click on the link (on the error number) to view the full error report. Copy everything you see on the screen and email it to info@bullitt.org
