Bullitt Environmental Fellowship

The Bullitt Environmental Fellowship is a two-year, $50,000/year fellowship for graduate students interested in pursuing leadership positions within the environmental field.

The grant provided continued support for efforts to include smart growth principles in the Community Charter, form British Columbia Farmland Watch Network to maintain the Agricultural Land Reserve, conduct a study comparing the costs of sprawl with the costs of smart growth alternatives, and incorporate smart growth policies in revisions of community plans and regional growth strategies.
