Save Our Summers works to educate the public about the health hazards associated with agricultural field burning and to eliminate grass field burning in the region. The grant supports a project to address the health and environmental hazards resulting from wheat stubble burning in eastern Washington. $5,000 is awarded as a one-to-one match challenge grant to the board to raise support from individual donors. |
