The Hood River Conservation Foundation works to advance and promote the technologies of resource conservation and sustainable and renewable resource management. The grant supports the implementation of the Climate Neutral Network project, designed to reduce greenhouse gasses in the environment by helping companies offset their impacts by making investments that reduce climate change elsewhere.
