The grant supports a project of the Interfaith Network for Earth Concerns to educate faith-based organizations across Oregon about the importance of climate change as a religious concern. Funds also support efforts by the religious community to promote civility and help find common ground on contentious issues related to agriculture, such as conflicts related to water use. $5,000 is awarded as a one-to-one challenge grant for contributions from new individual donors.
