Concilio for the Spanish Speaking seeks to promote the presence and contributions of Latinos in the Northwest, and to contribute to the economic and cultural development of the Latino community through communications, cultural enrichment, and advocacy activities. The grant supports a project to illustrate the need to change the environmental conditions of farm workers and their families, including a documentary film and extensive community outreach and advocacy activities.
