The Center for Natural Resource Policy conducts research and analysis, including field work, regarding natural resource policy, law, science, and management. The grant supports a project to conduct a legal analysis and technical review of WashingtonÍs instream flow laws and regulations in the context of the stateÍs salmon recovery plan to evaluate whether the laws meet the requirements of the Endangered Species Act.
