Bullitt Environmental Fellowship

The Bullitt Environmental Fellowship is a two-year, $50,000/year fellowship for graduate students interested in pursuing leadership positions within the environmental field.

The Center for Health, Environment, and Justice trains and assists local people to fight for justice, become empowered to protect their communities from environmental threats, and build strong, locally controlled organizations. The grant supports a project to use the findings of an Environmental Protection Agency report to motivate changes in dioxin policies and regulations that protect public health, conduct media outreach, and help citizen groups in the Northwest conduct campaigns aimed at stopping dioxin exposure in their communities.
