Audubon Society of Portland promotes the enjoyment, understanding, and protection of native birds, other wildlife, and their habitats. It serves as the fiscal sponsor for the Tillamook Campaign, a project to protect the Tillamook and Clatsop state forests in northwestern Oregon. The grant supports a campaign to influence pending decisions by the state of Oregon regarding future management of the Tillamook and Clatsop state forests. ($15,000 Forests and Land Ecosystems; $15,000 Rivers, Wetlands, Estuaries, and Marine Ecosystems)
