Bullitt Environmental Fellowship

The Bullitt Environmental Fellowship is a two-year, $50,000/year fellowship for graduate students interested in pursuing leadership positions within the environmental field.

2002 $25,000

The Alaska Marine Conservation Council seeks to motivate people throughout Alaska to protect the health and diversity of their marine ecosystem. The grant supports a project to engage southeast Alaska fishermen and coastal community residents in protecting marine habitat and foster meaningful fishing community participation in the development of marine protected-area policy and proposals. $5,000 is awarded as a one-to-one challenge grant for new or expanded contributions from major donors.
